Throughout his distinguished career, Brad has excelled in guiding privately held businesses through critical transitions, whether determining the right time to sell or executing seamless transitions within family or management structures. His impressive track record includes finalizing over 25 deals in the past five years across various sectors of the economy, with a particular focus on the manufacturing and industrial distribution sectors, overseeing a combined enterprise value exceeding half a billion dollars.


Brad's commitment to his clients extends beyond professional transactions. He has dedicated his expertise to handling 50 pro bono cases for private business owners in need, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to their success.


Brad's dedication to philanthropy is deeply rooted in his family's history. His great-grandmother, Mary McCabe, established the nation's first free hot lunch program for Catholic school children during the Great Depression. Brad continues this legacy by actively supporting private schools, serving as a Board Member of the Old Grad Foundation, and previously holding the position of Commodore of the R.C.S.A.


Outside of his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Brad is married to Kate, and together they have a son, Bradley. Brad enjoys playing squash, golfing, sailing, and enjoys time with family and friends.
