Gary A. DeVito is the co-managing shareholder at Zarwin Baum and leads the Business Practice Group. Gary focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has extensive litigation experience in many commercial areas including banking, real estate, employment, professional malpractice, corporate governance, partnership disputes and construction litigation.

From 2005 to the present, Gary has been named a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” as published in Philadelphia Magazine, an honor received by only five percent of the Pennsylvania lawyers each year. He also has the highest possible rating by Martindale Hubbell, the most recognized resource for lawyers in the country.

Gary obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and his law degree from Temple University School of Law where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Gary serves as a Judge Pro Tem in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, both Civil Division and Commerce Court.

Gary is active in the community serving on many boards and co-founding a charity for underprivileged children in the area.
