Mike Savage has been with PTR Baler and Compactor company for over 25 years, having served as President/CEO since 2008. PTR is one of America’s leading manufacturers of recycling/waste equipment and nationwide repair service for all makes of vertical balers and waste compactors. Based in Philadelphia, PTR ships across the United States as well as internationally and has over 250 employees and 300 authorized service centers operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In addition to his role on the Executive Committee with BLOCS, Mike is the former Chairman of the Suppliers Board of Trustees of the National Waste & Recycling Association, and the Scholarship Committee Chair of the Environmental Education and Research Foundation (EREF) Board of Directors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Villanova University.
