Nicole Caniglia
Director of Client Relations and Growth
A lifelong athlete and coach, Nicole brings her skills in collaboration, goal-setting, and team building to develop and cultivate successful client relationships. She acts as a client advocate, championing client needs throughout their journey and walking alongside them every step of the way.
Nicole spent 4 years on the Varsity Women’s lacrosse where she captained the team her senior year. Upon earning her degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Temple University, Nicole dedicated herself entirely to her love for lacrosse. Over the course of six years in the UK, she actively participated as a player, coach, and mentor for various schools, contributing significantly to the Welsh National Lacrosse Program. When she returned, Nicole entered the world of employee benefits at ADP.
Over the next few years, she honed her expertise in human resources, benefits consulting, and business development to become a skilled producer and relationship builder. She joined Birch as one of its first employees, owning and growing relationships in all industries. She gravitated towards the life sciences and technology sectors. Where she now leads Birch’s Life Sciences division.
Nicole is not only an HR leader in her profession but in her community, serving as the vice chair of the Philadelphia region of Women in Bio, an organization promoting diversity and inclusion for all women in the life sciences community. She also serves as Chair for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award. Nicole was recently selected and awarded the Rosemarie Eppinger President's Award, a prestigious award given every 5 years to a standout individual that embodies the ideals and spirit of Greater Valley Forge HR Association’s mission.
When she’s not volunteering, you can find Nicole spending time with her family and cheering on the sidelines for her favorite women’s lacrosse team.
