Sean P. Fahey is a partner in the Health Sciences Department of Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. He focuses his practice in products liability and health care litigation, with a primary emphasis on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device entities in multidistrict litigation. Mr. Fahey is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Diversity Committee. He also is a past chair of the Technology Committee and Hiring Committee.

Mr. Fahey is a frequent lecturer and author on product liability and regulatory compliance issues, and has presented at FDA, USDA and industry conferences.

He is an executive officer and past president of the Villanova University School of Law Alumni Association.
