Martin P. Connor has been CFO of Toll Brothers, Inc., a luxury homebuilder and Fortune 500 company, since 2010. He has direct responsibility for Accounting, Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, IT, Internal Audit, Mortgage and several other departments.
Before joining Toll Brothers, Marty was the CFO and director of operations for a $4 billion diversified commercial real estate development company in the Mid-Atlantic region and had spent more than 20 years at Ernst & Young as an audit and advisory business services partner.
Marty is a three-time recipient of the Homebuilder CFO of the Year award from Institutional Investor magazine. He serves on the advisory council of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and on the board of trustees of Holy Ghost Preparatory School, his high school. He was recently named to the Philly Fed’s Economic and Community Advisory Council and has also served on the real estate advisory council of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
Marty is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He has been an active volunteer for various community and youth athletic organizations.
