BLOCS is an independent charitable organization providing access to high-quality, value-based education for PreK-12 in Pennsylvania. Considered the premiere scholarship organization in the state, BLOCS partners with over 400 Archdiocesan, private Catholic and non-Catholic schools and provides over 17,000 need-based scholarships annually to families - regardless of religious affiliation.

Raising more than $100 million annually in private and corporate donations, BLOCS has invested in the lives of more than 100,000 children since 1980.

BLOCS is the largest organization in the state to provide scholarships funded heavily through Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Programs. www.blocs.org.
